I have entered weights I do every day but they don't show a calories value to help see what I am losing accurate help please

You can use the Strength Training under the Cardio option to get calories. But because everyone lifts at different levels and starts at different fitness levels, it will be subjective.0

Just looked on there have found how to add each individual exercise, but they don't show any type of calorie value for any of the strength exercise ? Am I doing something wrong0
