    Hi Stephanie.... Welcome to this wonderful app.. Lol I've been using it for awhile and have found that the more consistent I am with tracking my food intake the better my results have been with whatever my goal is... So that is my advice to you.... Track EVERYTHING!! Even if you're over your calories for the day. Track the extra chocolate bar and bowl of ice cream lol... Not tracking it doesn't mean the calories aren't there!! Good luck!!!!!
