Can I lose 20 lbs by June 20th?

I am 5'7" & 162 lbs right now. I've been taking GNC lean shakes twice a day to replace two meals (as stated on the back). I've been doing this for a week now while doing roughly 40 minute workouts a day on top of waitressing. I'd like to lose 20 lbs by June 20th since we are going on a beach vacation. Is this possible? What else can I do to add to my weight loss besides eating right & working out. I drink green tea & lots of water!(:

    To be honest, dump the meal replacements and actually start eating right. If you're replacing two meals a day with an MRP, you're not eating right.


    20 lbs in 8 weeks is pretty agresive for your ht and wt., Eat at a mild deficit, do cardio if you like it, get on a lifting program, use the mirror and tape measure to gauge progress, forget about the scale, enjoy vacation.
