should those of us with really high tryglycerides really eat more healthy fat? When I do this the nutrition page says my percentage of fats is super high compared to where it should be?

Hi:
I was able to lower my tryglycerides but it was a slow process. First, I stop frying my food and have a healthier nutrition overall. Exercise helped a lot. It took me a couple of years. Healthy fast gives you the nice flavor. Be patient.
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -
When I went on a high fat low carb diet, my triglycerides dropped dramatically. It used to be close to 200, but now is something like 55. For me, cutting the starch did the trick.0
