I've made up my own version of a light protein bar.
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup agave syrup
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup half sugar brown sugar.
    3 tablespoons tigernut
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    8 cups puffed millet
Prepare it just as you would chocolate puffed wheat squares.

Makes eighteen servings, 123 calories a serving.

Replace your cookies with frozen dark sweet cherries, fresh out of the freezer bag and popped in your mouth. Blend a cup of milk with a frozen banana and a dash of cinnamon for a wonderfully sweet shake. Those little mandarin oranges they market to the toddlers like Halos or Cuties. A handful of raisins. Those are my quick sweets to grab.

There is no need to replace cookies with other stuff.

I cook a low carb / low sugar dessert every week. You can look up recipes for diabetics and there is some good stuff out there. Also I cook with truvia baking blend, truvia brown sugar to keep sugar down or low carb...

I just discovered a neat trick that I thought I'd pass along. Did you know that you can mix one can of diet soda with a box of chocolate cake mix and bake? That's it! No eggs, no oil, nothing! Just diet soda and cake mix. (For chocolate cake use dark soda for vanilla cake use light soda.) For folks that are watching sugar and choosing sugar free alternatives, I just tried this with Pillsbury sugar free devil's food cake mix made with stevia and a can of natural diet soda. If you use a 9x13 pan, you make 12 squares and a serving is only 110 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.

I bet you could get creative with PB2 frosting or add nuts or something yummy. Message me if you try this and create something delish!

Chocolate cherry smoothie - 1/2 cup milk (rice, almond, skim, whatever), 1 cup frozen dark cherries, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and sweetner to taste. Can throw in spinach or other greens if you want.

This isn't actually sugar free, although I think she has a sugar free version somewhere. I made a batch of this and baked it in silicone muffin cups to make little individual cookies, and it made so many that they came out to about 50 calories each

I dunno how many of these are "sugar-free," but this is my pinterest board devoted to healthier treat recipes. I also love jello's sugar free pudding.

I really like the Well Naturally brand of sugar free chocolate. You might have to find a flavour you like but the dark chocolate mint is my favourite

This is not carb free. 100g has 45.3g carbs....you need to add the fibre and sugar alcohols to your carb count. I'd rather eat a small piece of normal chocolate!

steam some cauliflower, blend it with an egg or egg white, add artificial sweetener and cinnamon powder or sugar free chocolate for a pudding. Bake it for a baked type treat. No sugar.
