Yummy Chicken

A friend of mine shared this recipe with me, so I'm passing it along.

Skinless Bonelss Chicken Breast
Salsa(any kind)
Garlic(fresh)
Onion
Celery
Tomato
Jalepenos
Black Beans

Put all of the above in a crock pot and cook on low for about 6-8 hrs(6hrs for thawed meat and 8hrs for frozen).

    Thank you! Even though I'm almost there I have A LOT of toning to do, so therefore once I reach my goal I'm going to change it to a new goal! =)
