When entering rice as a meal, do you put how many grams they weigh before cooking or after?

Follow the nutritional info on the bag/box. If it refers to cooked rice, then put it in as cooked. Usually, though - or, at least for the ones that I've paid attention to - show the info for raw/uncooked rice.0

I imagine you could do it either way, but I prefer to do it after. I usually cook more than one serving at a time so can put it the weight of what I have.0

I make one serving at a time and I weigh before cooking it.0

I was worried I might be "cheating" if I put the before weight. Thanks for clearing that up!0 -
Before. If you are cooking it in something with calories, you should log that also. If making it with water then no additional calories would be necessary.0

I added my own entry for my race, based on cooked info. Not raw.0
