I listen to mostly dance or club music playlists on my spotify when running outdoors. Anything with a fast beat and decent bass tends to get me working harder. Plus I love to dance and can't resist a good beat. :)

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I listen to Spanish reggaeton pit bull, aventura, Calvin Harris, icona pop, tyga, Beyonce, Britney spears, Mexican corridos, and on and on. :D and sometimes during my cardio I watch Bones or Blacklist lol

House, Dubstep, radio pop songs, and sometimes metal. I've been listening to Protest the Hero the past week during workout.

I'm all about the Dub step 90% of the time. The other 10% is anybody's guess! Depends on the mood... Death metal, contemporary, R&B, ska-punk... Haha!
