I listen to mostly dance or club music playlists on my spotify when running outdoors. Anything with a fast beat and decent bass tends to get me working harder. Plus I love to dance and can't resist a good beat.0

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I listen to Spanish reggaeton pit bull, aventura, Calvin Harris, icona pop, tyga, Beyonce, Britney spears, Mexican corridos, and on and on.
and sometimes during my cardio I watch Bones or Blacklist lol

Lacrae, Andy Mineo, Trip Lee, chrisitan music like Family force five, skillet, red, mandisa. Instrumental techno or dub step remixes of any above. Mariah carry's remixes are great.0
