Need some motivation to get me going. I have a sedetary job and too tired to workout when I come home. And a horrible need to snack at work.

    Work out in the morning. Fit snacks into your calories for the way.

    I'm sure you can do it. Try using the stairs in work instead of lifts and use your lunch time to have a short walk somewhere. If you have to do shopping, park as far away from the entrance as you can, so you have to walk into and out of the supermarket/shop. Put some thought into your snacks and decide the evening before what you are going to take to work. Peeled/washed and weighed fruit maybe, Weight watchers yogurt to dip crackerbread fingers into or perhaps a no added sugar cereal [even all bran] to just be able to dip into the packet and have something to nibble on.

    Great ideas! I like the dried cereal idea for munching. I'm wearing my tighter clothes to work to remind me to not join in all the snacking n goodies at work.
