Looking for help with after dinner eating and self control!

I am not new to mpf, but I just started using the community feature. I am trying to lose 15 lbs and have made some progress, but mindless after meal eating, especially dinner is making me go over my calorie goal. What have others done to help with this? Would love to be friends with people and encourage them along the way and see the foods that their eating to make this work. Feel free to friend me !!!!

Brush your teeth after meals. It helps dissuade you from eating with such clean breath!0
