help please need advice

Hey, I'm a 17 year old in desperation of losing weight for the long term. I began putting on weight at around 13 and ever since I can't control my bad eating habits. I'm in love with the coco and ice cream and regularly binge on these. I'm around 5'6 and weigh 10 stone 11lbs ideally I would love to be 9 stone 7lbs without losing too much muscle. I don't want to just be skinny but have a bit of an athletic and toned build. How can I start tho and what should I eat. I tend to eat a lot of rice along with vegetables but I feel like the rice bloats me up. I only 218 calories worth of it. This issue is severely depressing me as I feel fat and unattractive especially at school. I also hate when people comment on how good I used to look especially as I was athletic and very sporty as a kid, I still am kinda I love sports and try to walk everywhere I go even school. I also run around 3-4 times a week but I don't think it's effective. I'm too embarrassed to join a gym so what exercises can I do? Also I have bat wings how can I tone them too? Thanks guys xx

You cannot get advice on this site if you are not an adult. Talk to your parents or maybe a counselor at school?0

It is not so much what you should eat as more of how much of it you should eat. I find, as does the majority of this forum I assume, that Calories In Calories Out (CICO) is the safest way to go. The welcome thread I guess you double posted in has some great threads at the top of it to help you get started. Write down everything you eat and stay within your calories. Do some weight training to get a athletic figure and TADA!0
