Need motivational support. Goal 30 lbs by August for my husbands birthday. Need tips to shed that weight asap!

Are you nursing? If so, be careful with restricting your calories. When I had mine, I just did 20 minutes of cardio in the morning and then 20 minutes of strength training in the afternoon. I also ate the same amount of calories, just made sure it was clean.0

I am currently postpartum as well and just started back on MFP! I had my baby about 3 weeks ago and Im looking for other mamas to share advice and tips with so we can loose this weight! Long term I would like to loose about 60lbs! Thats baby weight and some prepregnancy weight!0

Tip: don't put an end date on your goal. Also, be realistic. 30 pounds in 4 months is doable if you're obese. From your profile pic, you do not appear to be.0

Log your food. Weigh your food. Exercise for enjoyment.
Stay in a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight. Those are really the only tips you need.0
