Never to old to start over.

Feb. 17th I had my first visit with the nutritionist. Saw Megan every two weeks until I felt I was capable of going longer. I now see her once a month. I will be 70 in July and have given myself until May of 2017 to hit my major goal - that's when my granddaughter will graduate from high school. Today I have lost 22 lbs. - still have far to go.
