Not sure if you mean low carb or high carb snacks but some of my favorite snack go-tos are:
    - Hummus with wheat crisps or raw veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.)
    - Mixed nuts (watch the portions)
    - String cheese, Babybel cheese or laughing cow cheese with apple
    - protein shake
    - turkey pepperoni with cheese and/or wheat crackers
    - Peanut butter with fruit or wheat toast

    Hope that helps!

Carbs are neither healthy or unhealthy.....I guess you could make a case for simple sugar or refined...

But you have to look at carbs, fats, proteins in overall all diet and caloric intake.

Hard to tell you what will complete your pie chart without knowing what you are eating now or what you like.

Carbs I actively try to include regularly include: veggies (including root veggies and winter squash, which are carb-ier), fruit, dairy (pretty balanced macros, including carbs), beans (has more protein than many of the other choices here also), potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other starchy vegetables like corn (which is really a grain), whole grains.
