Anyone else trying to gain weight?

It's not quite as popular as losing weight, but I'd be more than happy to add some friends who are also looking to gain weight. I'm healthy with no issues other than a ridiculous metabolism (in fact my wife made me go to the doctor to make sure last week), I just really want to put on a good 20 pounds of lean weight.
I'd love to get into a community of people sharing weight lifting tips, food tips, etc!

I'm focusing on lifting, I recently gained about 30 pounds to reach my goal and now have to be careful I get my calories in and don't leave weights out or I start to backslide and lose again. I do run twice a week and bike at least once. I eat a lot. I'm super busy and my biggest problem is I forget to eat or don't grab something dense enough, I'm always in a hurry.0

ha, I can relate. I can forget to eat a meal and then think 'why am I so hungry right now? Oh yeah... it's 4 and I didn't eat lunch' . I do want to focus on eating dense, esp veggies and breads.0

There's a lot of good information in here. A lot of knowledgeable people who are willing to offer advice as long as you don't go in with a mindset that they're doing anything other than trying to help.

There is a forum on the boards specifically for gaining. That's probably your best place to start.
