    Space out your meals and find something to do in between that takes your mind off food, i found myself not eating until 3 pm the other day, but i use intermittent fasting when losing weight :)

    Also use super low cal drinks inbetween and add lemon juice or black coffee/ tea stuff that tastes nice and has almost 0 cal means you can go all out on it
