back fat!

been losing weight casually since december and have managed to shift 32lbs, going from a size 18 to a 14/16, but i just cant shift excess fat from my back! anyone know any excersises that will help from experience? i generally have a hourglass figure so the only issue i have with my figure is my back fat,,, which doesnt seem to be going !

It may just be the last fat to go - you can't spot reduce. Just keep losing weight and it will go down.
In the mean time if you are aren't already heavy lifting, Check out Stronglifts 4x4 program. Great starter into lifting, which will help with definition and may help with losing inches.0 -

I had to lose 60lbs before it looked half decent back there...going for another 5 to see if it will be gone gone.0

At 5'2", I had to go under 130 pounds to lose my back fat!

so far its only gone from my waist and legs and arms which i cant complain, theres always one stubbourn area haha x

Yup, just stick with it. I hold my fat in the stomach so it's the last to go for me. It's purely genetic unfortunately. Keep on losing BF and you will get there.

In high school when I lost weight my back fat finally started to go away. Just gotta keep lowering your body fat %. Here I am now 15 years later trying to get rid of that damn back fat again, among other fat0
