I'm 48 yrs, 5ft 8 and lost 5 lbs currently at 137lbs. Would like to get to around 133lbs. Losing 1lb a week but just maintained over Easter. Eat 1200 calories a day and eat exercise calories back. Usually around 300 a day. I find I need to eat the full calories I am allowed each day which I manage with lots of veggies for tea. Always have a little ice cream treat in an evening too. Loving MFP and it has made me so much more aware of good food choices.0
