Has anyone tried this system. My husband wants it and I wanted to get some reviews first. Thanks for your help!

Are you kidding me? $160 for a "rack"? I say get a bench and do the same thing. You can totally do push ups (many variations), dips, squats, heck anything that gets you moving. Get some free weights and put them to use. There are so many things you can do with basic things that are WAY cheaper than this. Why pay all that money for a "rack"? That's crazy!

Other than the fact you can use it for dips I don't see the need and $160 is high.

You could just get the dip station Zuzana uses on BodyRock.tv for $80

160 is high, but it also folds down flat for storage....And I can't put a price on space saving.... I am just wondering if anyone has purchased it and can attest to its durability, ease of use, results, etc. I have looked at the ultimate body press too, I like the use of the bands and straps, but am concerned for space. That is the only reason I am considering the rack over the ultimate body press.

This may be to late but the RACK WORKOUT is GREAT. The system and videos allow a quick workout for someone who is busy and simply does not have time to go to the gym. I am a father of two little ones and I can get in some great workouts during their naps. I would buy this product again, no matter the price, and recommend it to all.
