IIFYM Success Stories/ Help?

I've been doing low cal for a few weeks and haven't weighed but have lost inches. Just came across IIFYM and did lots of independent research as macro coaches are uber expensive. Im pretty nervous because this is a pretty substantial lift in calories compared to what I've been doing. Im very attracted to the exact science and measurements of everything though. Im just hoping to not gain back any that I may have lost while I'm trying to get the IIFYM thing down. DO any of you have success stories following the IIFYM way of even any seasoned vets tips and tricks to help me out?

Been doing IIFYM for years.
I've followed it through several cuts and bulks and it works perfectly.
Make sure you hit your macros depending on your goals.
Have a look at these videos by Michael Kory:

Similarly, check out the iifym website which has great calculators.
Basically, the formula is as follows:
Protein intake: 1 gram per pound of body weight
Fat intake: Generally around 20-25% of your caloric intake
Carbs: the rest.
Essentially your body doesn't care where your calories come from as long as you meet your macro and micro nutrients (ie, carbs/protein/fats (and fibres) as well as vitamins and minerals) ..
So if you get your veggies and fruits, you hit your fibre, you can pretty much eat whatever you want to make up for the rest.
As I said .. It works for me, and it's helped me lose and gain weight as I pleased.
Also, check out Chris Jones' website:

Scroll down to join - you'll need to type your e-mail address, and he'll email you a spreadsheet that you'll need to enter your bodyweight, how active you are, etc.. and what your goal is.
It basically works out the rest for you.0
