I have this every night for 120 cals - Chapman's black jack cherry frozen yogurt. cherry and chocolate and it has cherries in it and little chocolate cups that have cherry syrup in them. yummilicious. I've had this every day for 86 days and I am down 7 lbs (a smidgen over 0.5 lb loss per week).

Skinny cow triple chocolate sundae is 150 cal. Or their choc sundae (140) or the caramel vanilla (104). Ugh, they all taste delicious!

I just eat whatever ice cream I like at whatever portion works for that day. I do not look for low-calorie versions of things unless I just happen to like it (e.g. part-skim mozza and skim milk).

I haven't tried them yet, but I'm excited about trying the skinny cow line. Also just plain single serve things in general. The nightly ice cream sundaes my dad and I used to make when I was a kid have severely skewed my perception of a serving of ice cream if I'm scooping myself

Talenti is awesome. For better portion control, they make a few flavors of ice cream bars which are in the 200-230 calorie range, though they are a little pricey.
