Help!

I am having trouble figuring out how I can change my amount of calories per day. It is set at 2000 and I did the TDEE which says I should be eating 1691 calories. I can't get my Food Diary to sync with Garmin Connect if I don't get really close to 2000 calories. I've been listing things I haven't eaten to get it to sync.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated!

    If you click on settings you can update your diet/fitness profile. You can adjust your current weight/height/goal weight and then choose the best category for your normal daily activities. Based on the rest of your goals MFP will generate a healthy calorie goal for you per day. I don't know anything about the garmin connect but I hope the rest helps! :-)

    Nikki = Thank you so much. I ordered a food scale and new bathroom scales so I'm sure that I'm going to be doing everything right. I WILL lose this weight!!!
