Simple life and weight control

ever since high school I've been over 150, yes it's not a lot compared to some of the other great people but it's still a struggle always being over weight. And it's super noticeable since I'm only 5'1"
last year in January I weighed 180 and I was upset because I had had enough of wearing yoga pants because my jeans no longer fit. So I did something about it and I was so happy in November to weight 140! But I've been struggling since December to lose the last 20 pounds -.- I'm still currently at 140, ever since the last 5 months.... It's so frustrating -.- Oh and my name is Arisbeth and I'm 23

Oh boy I can so relate on the yoga pant front ... I have like five pairs at this point, and there is no place I haven't worn those suckers.
And yes, that frustration is so ... frustrating! Keep on keeping on!0 -
Yup last 20 or so suck! Weigh everything. Super tight logging is key to getting off those last few lbs.0
