When to see results?

I've been following my diet for a week, when do you start seeing some results?

    It takes awhile. It is slower than you'd think. I eat 3,000+ calories daily, hit the gym a few days a week and take protein and I've gained 7 pounds in 2 weeks. But I hear a good average is at least a pound a week. If no results, eat more and lift more.
