I just started a couple days ago. A friend who uses this site recommended (Thanks, Beth!) . I've lost 60lbs on my own, but for the last two years I've been stuck on a plateau. I'm hoping by accounting for everything I eat and do for exercise, and getting some 'been there' support maybe I can push myself over the hill a bit and get down to a nice comfortable weight.
Hope you all have a wonderful day :flowerforyou:

Hi,
Welcome to MFP! I lost around 60 lbs with Weight Watchers, but then, like you, kind of stopped losing for a few years, so decided to try this. So far it's great--I'm really becoming aware of how much I eat and how many calories I actually burn exercising. Feel free to add me as a friend for extra support and good luck!
