Would anyone like to do a weight lost challenge with me? Like we weigh in every Saturday and then at the end of 5weeks we compare ? I think this will give me the shove back into fitness that I really need!

that sounds good. when would it start. I am a returning member. I got off track and desperately need to get back on the ball. I have let myself go and do not feel good about it at all0

I am sticking to calories and doing cardio but have put weight on! I do seem to have lost some tummy fat though.0 -
