My two months of progress and what I've learned: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10025184/60-days-and-27lbs-in-advice-for-newbies#latest
I'm now 55lbs down, and feeling great six months from starting. I'm not near my goal yet. Although, I'm almost halfway!! I just wanted to post this in hopes that someone would read it and decide to start or keep going on the hard days. I've been there!! But the struggles are worth every pound lost. I'm always looking for new friends! So, feel free to add me!

Aww, thanks guys so much!! Honestly, the old fashioned way. Adding more fruits and veggies, decreasing processed foods, thinking of meat as a "side" more than a main, drinking LOTS of water, finding a cardio option I was obsessed with. And most importantly, letting myself do this!! Trying to keep my anxiety and expectations to a minimum, and just DO IT.0
