Sugar!!!

Hello, has anyone got any tips for cutting out sugar??

I previously lost 12 stone and had no problem cutting out bad foods. However over the last year I don't know what's happened!! I can't stop eating sugar, fat & carbs. :( my self control has done one and in it's place I have a rather unattractive 2 stone weight gain.

Tips please :)

    When I feel like I want something sweet I make a chocolate protein shake with frozen banana and some times add a 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to get that healthy fat to help satisfy the macro balance. Also after dinner I always have a few prunes (don't laugh, I love them) or some frozen pineapple chunks for a sweet treat. Once you get yourself off of commercial type junk food it's way easy to keep away from them because your body preferse the natural fats, carbs and sweetness anyway. :) Great job on your over all weight loss!!!
