To never ever stop adding weight to my bars.0

2015 goals:
Complete a few Audax cycling events, one at least 200km (124 miles, a new PB).
Bench press BW x 1.5 (c. 112kg or 246lbs)
Cycle 20 miles in an hour (outdoors).
Sustain 200 watt average for an hour on indoor bike. (Then extend duration.)
Current PB is 188w/hr.
Learn to do vertical push ups. (Done)0 -
To qualify for Boston. That will be the sole focus of anything fitness related I do for the rest of the year.0

I have a black belt exam on June 6th. My goal right now is to keep from injuring myself in the intensive preparation leading up to it.
Oh and loosing 20 pounds or so by then would be pretty awesome too.0 -
To cycle 100 miles in 5 1/2 hours or less......20 minutes to find but enjoying the journey...and the weight loss is a bonus0
