I finally hit my 45 pound lost mark, and I'm feeling great. I've got a ways to go still, but I just now am really starting to be able to tell a big difference in my face and body. I knew I had to come here to celebrate!!

I've been working on losing this weight for over a year now, but I only started getting serious about it six weeks ago. I started a C25K app and I've been doing my stationary bike on off days. Plus I do 20 minutes of body weight exercises every day. I've been eating a 1450 calorie diet and not eating back my exercise calories. This has me losing about 1.5 pounds a week which I'm super proud of!! I have a ways to go before I hit my goal, but I'm really trying to celebrate every step of the way. It took a lot of work to get here.

    Thank you!! Patience has been the biggest key. I used to fizzle out after only a few weeks of dieting because I wasn't skinny instantly. I try to just focus on getting the scale moving the right way and not worrying about how long it'll take to get to my goal. Time passes whether I'm losing weight or not!!
