I have nearly double what you have to lose but have started out really good. 16 lbs in 2 weeks. Small bites are key to portion control0

I'm trying to eat less and workout every other day, eventually I'll change it to working out everyday. I also have tried to cut out soda and just drink more water. You can do this! If you get bored with the gym, you could go hiking, walking, as long as your moving and having fun! I'm doing Zumba and I love it!0
