Half way through Insanity

I am working on finishing the last 28 lbs of my weight loss. I have lost almost 29 lbs, I decided to try Insanity. I just finished month one of two. I am excited to be halfway through ( I never finish anything). I hope theres a difference in the photos.

They call it insane for a reason but here's the thing- it's self paced. If you need a second, take one, and then jump back in. You get out of it what you put in. I did it a few times. I never completed the whole 60 days because of injuries and illnesses but my fit test results definitely showed improvement. It's worth a try! Find a friend who is also dedicated and do it together. It's way more fun to cuss Shaun t out if you aren't doing it alone0 -
Also, OP, amazing transformation! I'm so impressed! It makes me wanna start it up again now that I'm more serious about weight loss.0
