    I would love to join I am trying to lose 85 pounds in all I think this is a good start.

    Like some others, I was on another thread for this but can't find it, so here I am!

    Food goals: less beer!!
    Non-food goals: more strength training!

    Struggles/successes of the week: I uppe my calories to 1400 a day instead of the 1200 I was doing. I feel much better, fuller and have more energy all day so I do not mind that I only lost 1lb this week because that is what I have set my goals to. I am trying to workout most days and not eat back all the calories, hoping my net will remain around 1200 and I will take off the last 3lbs in the next 2 weeks. YAY!

    Being sick makes my workouts less desirable and I work less hard so not surprised I'm not doin great with the loss this month. Discouraged

    Non-food Goals for this month- Since I am ALMOST there it is harder and harder to stop these little burps going up and down and up and down. The goal is STILL reaching my goal of 115 pounds and then getting to start my maintenance. I am very scared about that! Feels like I will still worry about every little bite of food and not be able to enjoy my life. I know we have all worked so hard to reach these goals and I wish all of you the best.
