Hi there

I've started today and kept putting it off!!
I have nearly 2 stond to lose and my profile picture is an old one from before I put all the weight on, i have a big problem with not eating then bingeing at night especially as I have an 18 month old so going to the gym is impossible

    Hiya I started mfp 10 weeks ago..iv lost 22 pounds now..I used to eat loads of the wrong foods junk food..but since being on ere I still eat well but more choosy in wot I. Eat..I'm on 1400 calories a day..and doing so well..u can do this just make the rite choices an if u feel the need to binge eat low fat yogurts and fruit an drink water it does get easier..honest

    Well. Step one. Start eating regular meals. That will help the bingeing. Log it all. Plan ahead. Have small portioned out snacks on hand so you don't have to stop and cook if you don't have time. And hey it's spring right. Get the kid into a stroller and go walking/jogging. Stop focusing on the things that hold you back and start looking for the tings you can do to move ahead. :)
