I wouldn't think so, that's around 5 miles or so. There are a lot of great apps like Sworkit, or You Tube channels like Fitness Blender that you can do at home if you want to switch things up.0

YES fitness blender! I owe 90% of my fitness achievements to their amazing videos. It is without a doubt one of my best discoveries!

Bit difficult as can't exercise in my room cause client complains I'm making a noise.0

And have no space really, so walking is all I have and when I go home (work 3.5 months and home for 2mths) I'm free to do strength training.0

I am also on meds for both of those conditions and can but don't exercise. Sorry to say, but it still comes down to what and how much you put in....and I mean food. The progress may be slower without exercise but the weight does come off. Don't give up, it will happen.0

I am hypothyroid and was always under the impression it would be difficult to lose weight. I have lost 35lb since the 1st of December 2014 without exercise by using Diet Chef meals and myfitnesspal. I know buying Diet Chef may not be in everyones budget but I have swapped some meals to everyday foods and kept within the suggestetd limits and it is working really well.0

I've always heard good reports on Diet Chef but unfortunately not in my budget, will just keep at it and stay within my calorie allowance.0

Keeping positive is a great help too! Good luck.
If it helps and you are in the UK, Groupon have a "deal of the day" today. A month of Diet Chef for £95 instead of £245. http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/national-deal/gg-diet-chef-ltd-2-6/60442342
I started on an eight week plan as I got the first box at a discount. When the eight week subscription was up I found a Groupon deal for £95 for four weeks. I've only had three boxes over 20 weeks as I supplement the meals with salads and home cooked meals that I can have with my husband. I have actually spent less on food as I now take my own to work instead of buying from vending machines when I'm on shift. It has taught me a lot about portion control and made me realise I was just plain greedy.
I can't believe I've come this far with relative ease.
Myfitnesspal has been a huge help as well. Not much comes for free nowadays so it is great that something like this has helped.
I know this sounds like an advert but I am extremely happy with the results.

I have to take daily meds too. The best thing I've done to help manage the side effects of medication is exercise. Strength training will help a lot. I started to do this about a year ago, along with cardio activity. I'm average as far as how I look. I don't have a rock hard body or anything, but I know I burn more calories now that I incorportated this. It has made a huge difference as far as how I feel, mentally and physically. I also agree with the previous post; there are misconceptions about meds and weight. A healthy diet of the right foods is key, which by far is the hardest part but not immpossible. Good luck to you!0
