Daily. Record it in a spreadsheet with the average for the past 5 days. (5 day rolling average)0
-
Every week on a Saturday morning before breakfast0
-
Daily. It keeps me focused and I find the fluctuations interesting. I no longer stress about the daily changes, watching rather for the overall downward trend. I don't get upset if for some reason I can't weigh in.0

Every single day and I record it here.0
-
every 4 hours.0
-
Every 3 weeks0
-
Every day just for interest sake but I log it once a week, on a Wednesday0
-
Daily - and work out a weekly average.0
-
every morning same time, scales in exactly the same place. I find fluctuations over the week intresting0

I am OCD. Every morning. After every bathroom visit (if I'm home), before bed, after I shave, before work, after work..... that scale gets a lot of attention!0
-
I normally weigh myself each morning but I think once a week is better for me mentally on such a long journey.0
-
Weight every morning 1 hour after I wake up (and after the morning potty call)..
I do measurements on Sunday mornings (with weight) and record in MFP..0 -
There's a scale in the kitchen area at work so I weigh daily when I remember at work.0

I think weighing yourself daily or more is unhealthy. I'd recommend weighing yourself once a week at the same time and with the same scales. Remember though that once you get close to goal weight it will be your measurements that are more important. Try not to get stuck in the trap of putting a few pounds on and saying 'oh well it must be muscle' if it was that easy to put muscle on there would be a lot more bodybuilders around!0

Once a week, also take measurements once a week and photos around once a month-6 weeks.0

I weigh myself entering or exiting the Publix grocery store no matter how many days it has been, (usu there every 2-3 days). This way it's the same scale and I'm out in the open if anyone cares to look (they don't, or are waiting to be next)0
-
Every 3-4 days in the morning0
-
Since I am no longer trying to lose weight, I only weigh in about once a month.0
-
I weigh myself daily but I don't record it daily because it can be slightly discouraging. Sometimes I go up a pound or two!0
-
I don't. The scale is an obsession that takes the focus away from health and fitness.
For the purpose of this app, I stepped on a scale. I will check again in a few months, just because fit pal requires a track0 -
Once a week, every Wednesday morning pre-breakfast. I have and sometimes still do feel the urge to weigh myself daily or even more often but I've found that it creates an unhealthy mindset for me...so I try to stick with just weekly.0

daily, and i log it into an app that tracks trends. don't sweat fluctuations.0

Gah, it can become such an obsession for me. Seems like no matter how hard I try to not let it have an effect, the mental part of a "number" gets the better of me. If I gain = bad mood. If I lose = great mood. I don't like feeling that way. However, the lack of accountability hasn't proven very successful either. LOL
My balance for now is to weigh myself every two weeks. Saturday or Sunday morning.0 -
Every morning before breakfast and write it down.0
-
Whenever I think about it. Usually 2 or 3 times a week. I think it's helpful to see the fluctuations - it's normal to go up and down a bit even when eating at a deficit.0
-
The decision obviously is yours as far as how often you want to do it. As for me, I weigh every Monday morning at work because I am there by 7am and being a paramedic in the dispatch office at a Level I Trauma Hospital, I have easy access to an accurate scale in the emergency room :-)0
-
every morning before i eat or drink anything- but i don't worry about day to day fluctuations0
-
Daily, every morning after i get up. and record it. it shows or makes me aware of the trend=))0
