Need exercise help

I really want to work out but due to my multiple sclerosis, I get tired out very easily and my muscles feel extremely weak the rest of the day. I was hoping someone would be able to give me some exercise ideas that will not make me hot but will still help me get in shape. Elliptical was one of my favorite things to do but it's just become so tiring even when doing it for only 15 minutes. Anyone know of any good MS friendly exercises?? It would be greatly appreciated.

I am no expert, but a very good friend of mine has MS. She walks, treadmill, sidewalk etc. She also does yoga. If you are just starting out, 15 min on the elliptical is great! Keep at it, you will work your way up to not feeling weak and tired, it just takes diligence and patience. Make sure you are warming up properly and cooling down properly, these are important for muscle fatigue and keeping your body from injury. Hang in there and keep moving, you will see an improvement!0

Walk away the pounds is easy and there are videos of different length. You can find them on youtube for free0

swimming keeps you cool as you exercise-so do any aquafit type classes in the pool. Is their a MS chapter near you? They often run exercise groups.0
