New to site been back lifting heavy for about 7mo my lifts are squat 1rm 495 BP 1rm 325 DL 1rm 515 with straps 495 no straps bw287

    Nice lifts! Without PEDs your best option imo would be a very slow cut! Start with around TDEE - 250 calories. Nothing aggressive. That will be a 2lb loss per month and I can't imagine your lifts will go down much. I'm currently on about TDEE - 750 calories and my lifts are only slowly decreasing.

    Keep protein high, keep lifting intensity high. Take maintenance breaks.

    Thanks yeah i am playing with my fat intake n carb intake and if i flux to much my workouts drag bigtime i go pretty fast pace to keep a high heart rate

    When I started to cut, I was TDEE -250, lost 20# BW over the next six months, added 30# to each of squat & bench. Totally doable, just keep protein high.

    Take a look at the Renaissance Diet (I found it on scribd). Talks about diet periodization (cutting/bulking) It's an easy read not too technical.

    Yeah i did just start to cut gotta give it time and go slow but that isnt any fun lol
