This smoothie is considered to be a "pre-workout smoothie" but hubs and I have enjoyed it for breakfast on several occasions. Here's the recipe with a few of my own notes in parentheses.

3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (strawberry works well too)
3/4cup 1% milk (I use 2% - see nutrition info)
2 teaspoons peanut butter (I use Naturally More Natural Peanut Butter with Flax Seed)
1 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (6 berries)
2 teaspoons whey-protein powder (Strawberry gives it the best flavor)
4 ice cubes, crushed

This makes 2 servings. Now, according to the site I got the recipe from the nutrition info is as follows:

Calories 235
Carbs 39g
Protein 11g
Fat 5g
Saturated Fat 2g
Sodium 154mg
Fiber 4g

But, according to MFP's recipe calculator with my tweaks, the nutrition info is as follows:

Calories 209
Carbs 34g
Fat 5g
Protein 12g
Sugar 23g

It's a really great tasting shake if you like peanut butter and jelly (and we tried a few that were just absolutely gross!) Hope this recipe is a help to someone!
