What is the most accurate way to track fat gain during bulking?

Well, the most accessible ways aren't really the most accurate, and the most accurate are too expensive to do regularly. I've used both calipers and a handheld device. I currently use a handheld omron body fat analyzer. While they aren't known to be the most accurate for determining exact body fat %, they are supposed to be pretty good at tracking trends. So, if it says you gained 2%, then you probably gained about 2%. Its much quicker and more convenient than calipers also.0

But seriously body fat percentage test most gyms staff can do the pinch test for you, just get one done then a month or two later get another done ?0
