I actually could do either Saturday or Sunday that weekend (28/29)

    Same!

    Sunday would work for me!

So I see Sunday's weather is supposed to be partly cloudy, 64 degrees. Sounds good. I will be driving back from Puyallup that day so a later day hike would be better for me. Maybe 2 or 3? I know it can get crowded but if we do the longer 7.2 mile hike (full Poo Poo Point hike, not Chirico Trail) there should be less people.

@dbienz‌ I've only done the hike about 3 times, each started at the paraglyders landing spot, is that Chirico trail? Where does the full hike start?

@dbienz‌ are you still planning on doing poo poo point tomorrow at 2 or 3? Anyone else planning on going in the afternoon? I see @PNW_livin isn't going to make it at that time and wasn’t sure if I would be the only one to show up. :)

I'm sorry I missed out on the hike on Sunday. Did anyone go?
To be honest, I didn't have a great eating week... umm the last TWO weeks. It's just been inconsistent - so I haven't been logging it in. But I've still been in the gym. Thankfully I still managed to lose some inch(es) and a couple pounds.

    So when's the next hike???

Thanks @aam117 for letting me know about the gear, snacks, etc.

I may or may not be out of town that weekend. If not, I might be interested. I'm a bit concerned because I have been suffering from Plantar Fascitis. Didn't walk much at all during the holidays/January trying to let it heal. I have been walking about 5 miles a day most of March, so hoping a hike wouldn't create a set back.

I live in Granite Falls, WA, and would like to be added to your hiking list! I am available Sunday the 12th for a hike - doesn't matter how long it is. I have some favorite healthy restaurants in/around Seattle, but due to food sensitivies that give me eczema, I eat vegan and gluten free, so not sure if anybody wants to hear about those types of restaurants - haha.

Hey @aam117 and @dbienz did you guys get together for a hike last week? If so, how did it go?

@dbienz how did your half marathon go? Did you blog about it on your profile?

This weekend is supposed to be really nice... maybe too nice for a hike. I'm trying to go for a hike this Saturday or Sunday. Anyone else free???

And yes, @kkarcher94511 I'm ready to have my quads (and my glutes) burned off? Where do you hike?

    @PNW_livin you still around?

I didn't meet up with @aam117 but I did go for a hike with my friend. It was fun but I think I almost killed her  haha

As for my half marathon it was great! When I finished my legs were exhausted but my breathing wasn't labored and I could have run a couple more miles. My body completely surprised me. I ran the ENTIRE 13.1 miles!

i'm stuck at work all day today, and my coworker is badgering me into going rollerblading with her tomorrow. neither of us has been in YEARS and i fully expect to injure myself lol
we're going at noon, so i don't know if that leaves enough time in the morning for a hike first?

    Hey Seattle peeps... @aam117, @dbienz, @PNW_livin, @RachelRay402016, @jcherry1004, @may2490, @kkarcher94511...

What's everyone been up to? How's your progress? Any hiking plans?

This hiking newbie (me!) is going on a hike on May 9th at Kamikaze/Teneriffe Falls (http://alltrails.com/trail/us/washington/kamikaze-falls). I am meeting friends there at 8:45AM but please feel free to join me!!! It will be my first hike and I'm looking forward to the beautiful falls at the top! Anyone been there??? It's in North Bend. I hope it will give my hams and glutes the challenge I'be been looking for. :)
