I am starting new again and would like to connect.I am focused on a balanced nutrition of protein and carbs

    What about fat and fibre?

    Tbh you cna just eat a balanced diet with your 5+ a day and everything else in moderation. As long as you eat some complex carbs, bit of lean protein as well as fruit and veg the macros take care of themselves.

    Keep it simple, learn about controlling your deficit, weigh your food, have realistic expectations and you will lose. If its a restart learn what derailed you last time and how to avoid it this go round.

    So helpful. Yes am eating the 5+ of veggies. Water and exercise. Stress at work is my challenge. Right now I'm on vacation for 1 week, so I can make a good start. Thanks again.
