Happy dance! I moved all my weights up!

Today I increased all my weight stacks on the machines by 10 lb! That includes the shoulder lift that was so hard and had been my most difficult challenge for months and months. I know 10 lb more doesn't sound like a lot but for me it's a big change. I feel like I made a difference. XD

    And I accidentally tried to lift hubby's weight stack. I wasn't paying attention. He had the lat pull set at 100 lb, which is light for him. I barely got half a lift done and said "wtf is going on?" then realized it was still set for 100, not 70. Derp!

    congrats! 10 is a big jump! Have you tried free weights yet? I encourage you to!

    I do free weights from time to time. I switch up my workouts if I feel like I am stuck in a rut. It also depends a lot on how my wrists and elbows are doing.
