I can't imagine 3 minutes would burn a lot of calories

There's 12 stages that are all three minutes

Well if you want to log it in your exercise diary just to keep track...just put in the type of workout it is (abs/crunches/etc) and the amount of time. Three minutes will not give you any kind of burn to eat exercise calories back.

I might just add it as calisthenics does that sound like a good idea
Or I could watch it through and add everything individually

If it's really just 3 minutes, regardless of the exercise, there isn't much of a calorie burn.

A true Tababta Protocol is 4 minutes long at FULL intensity. And that may burn 150-175 on average.

You don't want tababtia in your life!
It is an evil version of interval training... But worse.

Yeah. You're right. I can barely ride the stationary bike, steady state, for 20 minutes. Lol
