I'm on ideal protein and wondering about weight loss after week 4 along with exercise

    I had to google ideal protein. I wasn't sure what it was. Sounds basically like low carb, high protein. I have been doing low carb, and somewhat high fat and protein and have had a lot of success. From what I hear some people need higher fat to lose weight so if you come to a stall for a while then you may need to reevaluate, until you are no longer losing weight I would continue what you are doing. As long as this is something that you can stick to for life you should be good.
