hey everyone!
I would love to be in a supportive environment of active people so I won't just stop using the app like I've done before. College can be rough and I end up eating to cope with stress I guess. (Final exams are coming up...oh dear) Soo with that being said, any other college students in the same boat as me? Wanting to lose weight, eat healthy, maybe pack on some muscle at the gym and just want to be happy with themselves?
Hmu!
I'm just starting up again and I would love to support others and be supported.
And ofcourse I am not weeding out anyone else who wants to be friends with me! Anyone interested is more than welcome!

Feel free to add me. I'm 27 but I'm just getting into college again and yes, whenever I come home from school I am so stressed out I have to eat like every carb and chocolate in the house. I have fitness room at my complex but I get lazy and also nervous of the other people there. -__- I want to get over these things!

I feel you girl! I go straight for the ice cream. There's a gym/recreation center on my campus too! I was so nervous at first because everyone who goes there is really fit. But i forced myself to go-being incredibly self conscious at first. Then I realized that most people are too absorbed in their own work out to pay attention to others. Of course there are some people who look around but that happens everywhere. Honestly, I still don't go to the weight room and stay in the less conspicuous areas but going to the gym and seeing results feels so great! The more i go the more confident I am in myself. Give it a try! For yourself-not anyone else0 -
21-year-old here...add me! I'm in my gap year currently, but I get how you feel. Between classes I would always go to the snack store and get candy to attempt to give myself cheap (and bad) energy to get through the day...the struggle is real in college...0

Totally feel free to add me too! I'm currently a sophomore in college and finals are coming up, and I totally know how you feel. I hate how there is barely any healthy options in the dining hall too!0
