You can't spot reduce. Continue losing weight and you'll eventually notice losses there.0

You can't choose where the weight comes off. I'm a pear so I understand the dilemma!0 -

If you were blessed with a butt, thank your lucky stars!0

I naturally have a big butt and legs I love them mine are muscular though because I do squats and lunges and deadlifts. Exercise can make them a very attractive asset!0

First, accept your derrière and hips as they are. Then second, understand that you can't determine where you lose weight (fat/muscle). Third, after you've lost weight, started strength training and still don't like what you see, please refer back to my first line.
I would love to have big hips and butt rather than a wide back and shoulders... Just accept yourself and your own reality.
Good luck with your goals.0 -

Yep...
You have to love the fat. When I lost 30 pounds I lost 6 inches from my 44 inch hips, and about 3 inches on my thighs. I'm 133 now and still hold a lot of fat in my thighs.0 -
i do donkey kicks (with weights) abductor and adductor work. all reduces my hips and butt.0
