how to reduce hips and butt

I have large hips and butt i have reduced about 17 kgs,but hips n butt fat is not reduced

    You can't spot reduce. Continue losing weight and you'll eventually notice losses there.

    I naturally have a big butt and legs I love them :) mine are muscular though because I do squats and lunges and deadlifts. Exercise can make them a very attractive asset!

    First, accept your derrière and hips as they are. Then second, understand that you can't determine where you lose weight (fat/muscle). Third, after you've lost weight, started strength training and still don't like what you see, please refer back to my first line.

    I would love to have big hips and butt rather than a wide back and shoulders... Just accept yourself and your own reality.

    Yep...

    You have to love the fat. When I lost 30 pounds I lost 6 inches from my 44 inch hips, and about 3 inches on my thighs. I'm 133 now and still hold a lot of fat in my thighs.

    i do donkey kicks (with weights) abductor and adductor work. all reduces my hips and butt.
