Elliptical Machines

Ok so I've been working on the C25K, but using my elliptical machine to do it. I know I can't compare the distance to that from lets say a treadmill, but what would a good 1 mile time be for on an elliptical? I'm having a hard time finding any information on this and want to know if I'm close to a good pace or if I need to push myself more.

Depends on your incline and resistance... I would just do it and work on getting a better time each time.0

Of yes of course. Forgot about that. I can adjust mine, but currently have it all on the lowest incline and resistance to ease back into it all0 -
I'm very religious about doing my 45 minutes on the elliptical every day and sometimes I've done stretches of twice a day. But I took a two mile run recently and my legs were sore for a few days. Running is NOT the same thing as elliptical. I'm sure everyone is aware of that but I was painfully reminded of that. Make sure you mix in some running along with the great cardio you get on the elliptical.0
