I'm Jada & this is my first time trying anything like this. I am on a dedicated mission to lose all of the gained baby weight !!! Lol hello everyone !!!!

    Trying to lose my baby weight too! My body has changed so much after pregnancy I am NOT a fan. I want to get myself in a healthy relationship with my own body so my son doesn't grow up with all the body and food hang ups I had

    Hi guys - please feel free to add me. I am on here for the 2nd time. I successfully lost over 60lbs when I had my 1st daughter 4.5 years ago (it took me around 6m). I had my 2nd daughter 7 weeks ago so I am back on here and need new friends please!

    Same boat! I have two kiddies 8years old and 20 months. My body has changed so much. I'm looking to lose 15 lbs and tone. Any advice ? I'm back working out 5 times a day and eating healthy but I'm open to whatever can speed things along.

    I'm losing after my third. She'll be 1 on May 1st and I'm still a size bigger than I was pre-pregnancy. I lost loads after my 2nd, who'll be 4 on May 12th, but that took me 18 months.

    I've been back at the gym since my 6 week check, and I just went back to work last week, 3 days a week. Instead of my usual HIIT class this morning I was teaching reflexive verbs in French to my year 10 class lol. Work is ruining my workouts!
